Admins can manage Subscriptions when a contact requests a change or when a subscription needs to be restored.
Before You Start
Confirm the contact's request and your organization's policy before making changes.
Available Actions
- Update Subscription: available for active subscriptions when your role allows it.
- Reactivate Subscription: available for subscriptions that are not active.
- Cancel Subscription: available for active subscriptions when your role allows it.
- Activate Subscriptions: available from selected inactive Subscriptions when bulk actions are allowed.
- Cancel Subscriptions: available from selected active Subscriptions when bulk actions are allowed.
What To Review First
- Contact name and email.
- Form and fund details.
- Amount, frequency, and next payment timing.
- Current subscription status.
- Current payment method.
- Whether the contact can make the change through the portal instead.
Notes
Use the exact dashboard action labels when training staff so they can find the right menu item quickly.
After updating, re-open the subscription details and confirm the amount, frequency, status, payment method, and next payment date.
Bulk activate resumes charges for the selected inactive Subscriptions. Bulk cancel stops future charges for the selected active Subscriptions. Review the selected records carefully before confirming a bulk action.
