Compliance settings help your organization complete required payment and security steps.
Use compliance settings when CharityStack asks your organization to complete payment processor, security, or account verification requirements.
You may need legal organization details, tax information, authorized representative details, or payment processor information.
CharityStack may show a PCI Self Assessment in Settings > Compliance. If the yearly self-assessment is complete, the page shows that no action is needed until the next required review.
If the assessment is due, review the displayed PCI document, enter the authorized representative's full name and title, certify that the information is true and correct, and submit the assessment.
Use the same full name and title that should appear on the PCI document. The person submitting the assessment should be authorized to complete compliance information for the organization.
Some compliance requirements come from payment processors or card network rules. If a requirement is unclear, contact CharityStack support before submitting incorrect information.
Compliance status can affect whether your organization can process payments, share payment links, or receive payouts. Complete requested verification steps before launching a major campaign or event.
If CharityStack asks for updated compliance information, use current legal organization details and authorized representative information. Do not guess on tax or ownership fields; confirm with the right finance or leadership contact first.
