The embed script lets CharityStack elements load on your organization's website.
Use the embed script when installing CharityStack forms or elements on your website.
Go to Settings.
Open Embed.
Copy the CharityStack embed code.
Add it to your website according to your website builder's custom code instructions.
Add the element code for the specific form or widget you want to display.
Most websites need the main embed script once, then one element code wherever each element should appear.
Embedded Fundraiser Forms, Event Forms, Add to Cart, Supporter List, Fundraising Bar, and overlay experiences depend on the embed script being installed on the relevant website page.
After installation, use Verify installation to check the page URL where the script was added. If automatic verification fails, confirm the script was placed in the site's <head> section and that the website changes were published.
Avoid installing duplicate copies of the main embed script on the same page. Duplicate scripts can make embedded elements harder to troubleshoot.
During onboarding, CharityStack may guide you through script installation before you publish your first form. Outside onboarding, you can return to Settings > Embed whenever you need the script.
