Subscription Options

Subscriptions let supporters give on an ongoing schedule.

When To Use This

Use Subscription settings when your organization wants to encourage ongoing scheduled support.

Admin Notes

Fundraiser Forms can offer one-time and Subscription frequency choices. If multiple frequencies are available, choose the default frequency carefully because it shapes what supporters see first.

Scheduled payment options can be enabled when the form supports Subscriptions. PayPal and Venmo are not used for Subscription or scheduled payments.

Common Statuses

  • Scheduled: active Subscription that has not charged yet.

  • Active: Subscription is charging on its configured schedule.

  • Failed: recent payment attempt did not succeed.

  • Finished: Subscription has reached its configured end.

  • Deactivated: Subscription is no longer active.

Review the next payment date after creating or updating a Subscription, especially when scheduled payments are enabled.
