The portal can help contacts manage Subscriptions.
Active or scheduled Subscriptions usually show Update and Cancel actions. Inactive Subscriptions may show a Reactivate action when reactivation is available.
If a contact does not see the Subscription they expect, verify the email address they used to log in and review the Subscription in the dashboard.
Admins can also manage Subscriptions from the Subscriptions table when the contact cannot self-serve or when staff need to confirm the change directly.
After a contact updates, cancels, or reactivates a Subscription, admins should review the subscription status and next payment date in the dashboard if staff need to confirm the change.
