CharityStack can support multiple payment methods depending on your organization's setup.
Card: the standard online payment option for most forms.
ACH or bank payment: available only when enabled for your organization and supported by the payment flow.
Apple Pay and Google Pay: shown when the contact's device, browser, and payment setup support them.
PayPal: shown when enabled for your organization and the form supports it.
Venmo: shown when enabled and supported by the contact's country, device, and browser.
Available payment methods can depend on your payment processor, compliance status, country, contact device, browser, and account configuration.
Bank payment may require a minimum payment amount. PayPal and Venmo are not used for Subscription or scheduled payments. Venmo availability is limited by country and device support.
If a contact asks why a payment method is missing, first confirm the form they used, the device or browser they were on, and whether the payment was one-time or scheduled. Then confirm your organization's compliance and payment-method settings before escalating.
