Organization settings control the basic profile and branding details for your CharityStack account.
Use organization settings when you need to update your nonprofit name, contact information, logo, website, or other account-level details.
You need permission to manage organization settings.
Organization details can affect contact-facing pages, receipts, the portal, and internal reporting. Review changes before saving.
Your website URL is also used for overlay links, embed verification, and some website-based sharing actions. Keep it current if your primary domain changes.
Website URLs must use http:// or https://. If you enter a plain domain, CharityStack may normalize it to https:// when saving.
Website URLs can be up to 200 characters. Organization descriptions can be up to 500 characters. Brand colors must use a valid hex color.
Branding values, such as logo and colors, can appear across contact-facing experiences. Review hosted pages, embedded forms, portal pages, and receipts after major branding changes.
Timezone affects how dates and times appear in reporting and dashboard workflows. Confirm it before comparing exports or event activity across systems.
The organization description can appear in contact-facing experiences where description content is enabled.
Use the Profile area for personal account details. Use Users and Permissions to manage teammate access.
