Forms are the fundraising and event payment experiences your supporters use to give or purchase tickets.
The Create menu offers two form types:
Choose the form type first, then decide how supporters should reach it. Hosted pages are the quickest way to share a standalone CharityStack page. Embedded forms and overlays are better when the payment or ticket flow should live on your organization's website. Elements such as QR Codes and prefilled links help you share the same form in specific campaign, event, or outreach contexts.
From the Forms table, admins can copy the form ID, view related Payments, edit the form, duplicate it, copy hosted page or overlay URLs, copy embed code, and activate or deactivate the form when their role allows it.
Bulk form exports, activations, and deactivations may run in Activity. Use Activity to confirm the job completed before relying on the exported file or updated status.
