Payout statuses explain where a bank transfer is in its lifecycle.
Use payout statuses when reconciling expected deposits or investigating a transfer.
Paid: the transfer has completed. If the payout amount is negative, the dashboard may show it as Withdrawn.
Pending: the payout is being prepared or is in transit.
Failed: the payout did not complete, was canceled, or needs follow-up.
Open the payout detail view when a status does not match what finance expected. The payout detail can show the related payment activity and export options needed for reconciliation.
If a payout failed or finance cannot match a payout to bank activity, collect the payout ID and contact CharityStack support with the payout amount, status, and expected bank deposit date.
