Contacts can log in to the portal to access self-service features.
Admin Guidance
Share the portal link from Settings > Portal when a contact needs self-service access. The contact should use the email address connected to their payment or Subscription.
If a contact cannot access the expected records, check the contact email in CharityStack before creating a duplicate contact.
Support Steps
- Copy the portal link from Settings > Portal.
- Send the link to the contact.
- Ask the contact to log in with the email address used for their payment or Subscription.
- If the contact does not see the expected records, open Contacts and confirm the email address on the contact record.
- If the payment or Subscription is tied to a different email address, help the contact use that email or update the contact record according to your organization's policy.
- If the contact still cannot access the portal, contact CharityStack support with the contact email and relevant payment or subscription ID.
Notes
Portal access depends on matching the contact's login email to the records in CharityStack. Avoid creating duplicate contacts while troubleshooting access.
