Exports let admins download table data for reporting, reconciliation, and offline analysis.
Use exports when another system or teammate needs a spreadsheet copy of CharityStack data.
Filter the table before exporting when you only need a specific audience, date range, or segment. Exports reflect the records your role can access.
Before sending a contact export to another team, confirm the file includes the fields they need and does not include unnecessary personal information. Contact exports are most useful when they are tied to a specific job, such as outreach, reconciliation, or annual reporting.
From selected contacts, admins may also be able to view, download, or email tax documents. Some tax document actions run in the background; check Activity when a file or email job is not complete immediately.
Tax document actions ask admins to select a tax year. If some selected contacts do not have activity for that year, CharityStack only includes contacts with matching activity.
Do not send exported contact data to unapproved tools or personal accounts.
